At Threecubes, we want your home to reflect your unique style, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all eligible furniture and decor items. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help you find the perfect replacement or issue a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack with Care

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, including all assembly hardware, manuals, and protective padding to ensure the product arrives safely at our warehouse.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are fully covered or removed.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
